The integrated intelligent meeting room enables maximum collaboration and communication within a meeting room and beyond and there for BA Consulting will create and implement a facility that met all the customer requirements.
Our specialist will measure the space that you attend to use for Meeting Room, asking for your needs and then we provide a plan / design that will include:

• Lighting.
  
• Blinds.
  
• Video Solutions: screen flush mounted in the drop ceiling this allowed the screen to be raised and out of view when not in use, DLP projector mounted in the ceiling.
  The projector will equipped with a designated power supply to insure against accidental power loss.
  
• Plasma / LCD TV.
  
• Audio Solutions: in the ceiling four flush mount speakers that allowed everyone in the room to hear conversations.
  The speakers are also tied into the DVD/VHS and computer. 
  Wireless microphone for an instructor to use.
  
• Main and smart remote control that will control all equipment in the meeting room: light, drop ceiling screen, audio, air conditioner.

All wiring and cabling was done in the ceiling and in the walls. There are no exposed wire or cable runs. Each room has a patch panel on the wall for different equipment to be patched into the system
